How do I clean my Float jewelry?
Simply use clean water and a soft cloth. Gently pat dry and avoid rubbing pieces too hard, which could damage the protective clear coat. Never use jewelry cleaner or other harsh polishing products. We also recommend removing your Float pieces before showering, bathing, household cleaning and swimming in the ocean or pool.
Do you sell additional charms separately?
We do not sell charms separately. Float bracelets come with one charm or you can build your own custom crystal birthstone bracelet, up to 6 charms! Our bracelets are designed to be worn on their own as statement pieces or stacked with additional Float bracelets. They are very versatile and will also look great stacked with your other favorite bracelets.
How do I adjust my Float bracelet for a custom fit?
Our patented 3-circle clasp and flexible material makes it simple to custom fit your Float bracelet to your wrist. Simply unhook your bracelet and gently slide it over your cupped hand, or gently spread it open and slide it over your wrist. Once on your wrist, move the hook inward to the desired circle for a comfortable fit.
What’s the best way to remove my Float bracelet?
Our customers have discovered a variety of effective ways to simply remove their bracelets. Here’s the one we highly recommend: position your thumb and pointer finger on opposite sides of the clasp, approximately 1.5” away from rings. Either your thumb or pointer finger should be directly on top of the raised oval “stopper” (the stopper prevents the charm from sliding off the bracelet). In one motion, press inward to release the hook and then push out with one contact point while pulling in with the other. This moves the hook to the side of the clasp for easy release and removal.
